Patty
Hi I’m Patty, It wasn’t until my mid to late 40’s when I put on a significant amount of weight and noticed I wasn’t as tone as I would like to be that I joined a gym and started doing Zumba, ran, and did the weight machines. Got bored and joined another gym and did body pump, and the weight machines. I was losing weight, but I was B.O.R.E.D.︎︎︎︎︎︎︎︎

I started working out at Tribe a couple of times a week in March 2016. I have always been active, running half marathons and lifting free weight for millions of reps, but I didn't have any muscle definition. Also, I was bored.

This week's Then and Now has been my very most favorite of science experiments. All the experts say that weight training, combined with healthy eating will NOT make a woman "bulky." But what about you ladies that have are "easy gainers"? Will heavy weights make you look overall bigger?︎︎︎︎︎︎︎︎

I'ma tell you right now, I bait and switched this hot little momma into Tribe Gym. I offered a newbie class, let her piddle around with that for a sec, and then upped the ante because ya'll: She's a BAMF.︎︎︎︎︎︎︎︎

I have had great trainers in the past and they helped me get into the best shape I had ever been in. But that was before life dumped some unexpected turmoil on me. I had let myself go a bit and I needed to get back on the path of getting back into shape. From day one Tiffany and Chelsea we're committed to helping me lift the right way.︎︎︎︎︎︎︎︎

Hi there. My name is Andrew Marshala, and that picture, the one with messy hair, sleepless, lifeless eyes, county oranges falling off of my 135 lb body, from July 2016, is really me. WAS really me. I’ve suffered from addiction/alcoholism since my late teens.︎︎︎︎︎︎︎︎

I started with Tribe back in November. I always was working out enough but never toned and never where I wanted to be. ︎︎︎︎︎︎︎︎

Sigh. This week's "Then and Now" hit me right in the feels. I cried both times I read it. I remember her first weeks at Tribe....︎︎︎︎︎︎︎︎
